On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 2 pm.
Please vacate the room by 11 am on the day of departure. Late-check out possible upon request!

You can clear the hotel bill with EC Card, Visa, Mastercard or in cash. We do not accept American Express or Diners. Please note that in accordance with the current law, cash payments can be accepted up to 3000 Euro only.

Our hotel is a no-smoking establishment. Ashtrays for smokers are placed on the balconies.

Bookings are considered firm after you receive a written confirmation from the hotel. The booking confirmation is binding for both parties. No price reductions granted for unused services (e.g. non-consumed meals). Unfortunately it's not possible for us to confirm floors, room locations or numbers when booking.

Upon request you can book your stay with B&B only. A reduction of 12.00 Euro per person and day applies.

Pets are allowed in some rooms. Please inform us at the point of booking and bring your own blanket or basket. For hygienic reasons pets have no access to the wellness area, to the garden, or to the dining room.
Your dog is welcome to join you in the Pichlstube.
We charge 10.00 € per day (without food) – if special cleaning is required upon departure, this will be charged separately.

A cancellation is inconvenient – for you and for us! If we are able to sell the room on to other guests, we do not charge any cancellation fees. Cancellation policy: We must be informed immediately about cancellations, late arrival or early departure. Cancellations
up to 30 days prior to the agreed date of arrival no cancellation fees
up to 15 days prior to the agreed date of arrival 40 % of the agreed total
up to 8 days prior to the agreed date of arrival 60 % of the agreed total
within one week of booked arrival 70 % of the agreed total
in case of late arrival or early departure, the above conditions apply to the cancelled days.
In order to avoid any cancellation costs, we recommend purchasing Travel Cancellation Insurance.
